Narayan Powertech has a full range of Reactors, outline electrical parameters are as below:

Properties

  • Dry, Resin casted or oil insulated, air core or iron core
  • Indoor or Outdoor applications in dry as well as oil insulated type
  • Aluminum/Copper conductor
  • Aluminum flat terminals
  • Support insulators
  • Class of temperature B (1300C), F (1550C) or H (1800C)
  • Ambient temperature range of -40 °C to +40 °C, up to +70 °C on request
  • Cooling method: AN (air-natural)
  • Standards: IEC 60076, others upon request

Construction features

  • Materials chosen to meet the most severe thermal and electrical shocks and cycling requirements.
  • Each reactor is encapsulated with epoxy impregnated fiberglass roving and tape.
  • The top and bottom of each reactor incorporates aluminum supports and terminals.
  • The dielectric integrity of the coil is assured by the preinsulated and pre-tested conductor insulation.
  • The mechanical integrity is provided by the epoxy, fiberglass roving and tape system.
  • Electro-tin plated terminals can also be provided.
  • Support insulator(s).

Precautions

  • Pay attention to ventilation and coolness for indoor use.
  • Mounting spot must be clean without harmful gas, steam and conductive or explosive dust
